Payroll Specialist - Centennial, CO (In-office) Salary: $60,000-70,000 annually, based on experience Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision and 401(k) The Payroll Specialist will support end-to-end payroll processing for our workforce of 2,000+ employees. This role ensures accurate, timely, and compliant payroll operations while partnering closely with HR and Accounting to maintain data integrity across systems. Responsibilities: Assist with end-to-end payroll processing for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timelinessCalculate wages, overtime, bonuses, deductions, and benefits accuratelyVerify and maintain employee time records, attendance, and leave balancesComplete employee onboarding and process terminations within payroll systemsEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations, including tax withholdingsPrepare and distribute payroll reports and required tax filings, including W-2s, 1099s, and other related documentsStay informed of changes to payroll laws, tax rates, and regulatory requirementsSupport internal and external audits and assist with payroll-related reporting as neededManage employment verifications and respond to employee payroll-related inquiriesInvestigate and resolve payroll discrepancies in a timely mannerMaintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records in compliance with company policies and legal requirementsPartner with HR and Accounting teams to ensure accurate integration of payroll data across systemsAssist with year-end payroll processing, reconciliation, and reporting Systems: Paycom, NetSuiteExcel: pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and formula creation Requirements: 2+ years of payroll processing experience, preferably in a mid-to-large organizationBachelor's degree in Accounting, Human Resources, or related field preferredStrong knowledge of payroll tax regulations and compliance requirements Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
