We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include only sections that have real specific content. We need to parse the posting. First, we need to extract content: The posting includes: - Intro paragraph: "At ABB, we help industries run leaner and cleaner—and every person here makes that happen. You’ll be empowered to lead, supported to grow, and proud of the impact we create together. Join us and help run what runs the world. This position reports to: Head of Payroll, US/PR __" We can treat that as "About the role" maybe. - Role and responsibilities: long paragraph with bullet-like sentences. We can put under

Responsibilities

with
  • items. - Qualifications: list of qualifications. - Preferred Qualifications: maybe part of Qualifications or separate? Could be under Qualifications. - What's in it for you: includes benefits description. Could be Benefits section. - Pay: Not mentioned explicitly. No salary info. So we should NOT include Pay section. - Schedule: Not mentioned explicitly besides work model onsite in Cary, NC. Could be Schedule? It says "The work model for the role is onsite in Cary, NC." That's location/work model, not schedule. Not explicit schedule like full-time, part-time. So we should not create Schedule unless explicit. - Benefits: The "What's in it for you" includes empowerment, growth, etc. Then later there is "ABB Benefit Summary For Eligible US Employees ..." with details of benefits. That is definitely benefits. So we should include Benefits section with that content. We must remove boilerplate: EEO, legal, application instructions, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. We need to preserve all substantive information. Let's extract substantive content: Intro/about: "At ABB, we help industries run leaner and cleaner—and every person here makes that happen. You’ll be empowered to lead, supported to grow, and proud of the impact we create together. Join us and help run what runs the world. This position reports to: Head of Payroll, US/PR __" We could keep that as About the role. Responsibilities: The block after "Your role and responsibilities:" includes many sentences. We need to break into list items. Let's parse: "The US Front Office – Payroll Operations Manager manages a team responsible for end-to-end payroll delivery for approximately 18,000 US and Puerto Rico employees, including union and non-union populations, using Workday Payroll and integrated timekeeping, benefits, tax, finance, and third-party provider solutions." "This role provides strategic and operational leadership across payroll production, compliance, controls, employee experience, vendor governance, system optimization, data integrity, and cross-functional transformation initiatives." "The position partners with vendors, payroll functions, HR, IS, Finance, Legal, Tax, Benefits, and business stakeholders to share best practices, deliver projects, capture lessons learned, and support scalable payroll operations." "Additionally, this role will establish priorities, coordinate activities, drive process improvement, advance automation and analytics, support post-production operations, and contribute to the evaluation and redesign of processes and technical solutions." Then "You will be mainly accountable for:" then subcategories: Strategy & Planning: ... (multiple sentences) Operational Services: ... Customer Experience: ... People Management: ... Continuous Improvement: ... We could treat each bullet as a list item. Could also keep subheadings inside li? But we only allowed

    for section headings,
    • for list,

for prose. We could keep responsibilities as a

        with each major responsibility as
      • . Could also keep subcategories as part of li text. We need to preserve all substantive info, not invent. Qualifications: list after "Qualifications for the role:" includes bullet-like sentences separated by periods. We'll make
        • . Preferred Qualifications: after that, "Preferred Qualifications:" then list. We could combine Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications into one Qualifications section, but better to separate? The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine into Qualifications (including both required and preferred). But we need to preserve distinction? Not required. We could have a single Qualifications section with all qualifications (required and preferred). That's okay. Benefits: The "What's in it for you:" plus the ABB Benefit Summary details. We'll combine into Benefits section. We must not include Pay or Schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not include Job ID/requisition numbers. We must remove EEO boilerplate etc. Now produce HTML. Structure:
