Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end payroll solution implementation, including project management and stakeholder engagement.
- Collaborate with client teams, vendors, and finance to gather requirements, configure solutions, and test integrations.
- Oversee payroll processing, validation, controls, reconciliations, shadow payroll, and year-end reporting.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Drive continuous improvement through system enhancements and stay updated on global payroll trends and regulations.
- Maintain professionalism and uphold a respectful work environment.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum five years' experience in payroll, including expatriate, international, and domestic payroll.
- Bachelor’s degree required; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CPP, GPHR, PMP) preferred or obtainable within one year.
- Experience with payroll software (SAP, ADP, Paychex, etc.) and HCM platforms (Workday, SAP HR, SuccessFactors, Oracle) is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to mentor staff.
- Willingness to travel and work flexibly in a hybrid environment.
