Payroll Manager

Requirements

• 5+ years of multi-state payroll experience, including experience supporting employees across multiple office locations/states
• Hands-on UKG payroll experience
• Experience administering, configuring, troubleshooting, and/or optimizing UKG payroll/timekeeping
• Proven experience evaluating existing payroll systems and maximizing system capabilities rather than simply processing payroll
• Experience improving or automating manual payroll processes and reporting
• Strong payroll reporting/data experience, including Excel
• Experience working with the nuances of California payroll
• Previous leadership/people management experience, including the ability to proactively address performance concerns and coach/manage an employee through improvement
• Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field

Pay

Range: $100k–125k
