Responsibilities

• Onboard new assigned clients, with various client company structures and in multiple states/localities, to payroll and provide related services to ensure accurate and timely implementation.
• Execute client relationship strategy that instills trust in the accurate and timely delivery of payroll services for a high volume of small-to medium-sized clients.
• Review payroll data supplied by clients for accuracy and completeness.
• Input and balance payroll data accurately.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations.
• Process payroll; review/analyze payroll reports for accuracy and distribute to clients.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 4 - 6 years’ payroll or relevant experience.
• FPC or CPP Certification or completion of FLSA PayTrain module (85%).

Pay

The compensation range for this position, representing the pay span across all locations where this role may be filled, is $67,725 - $75,049.
