About the role
TotalEnergies is seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources professional to join our team in Houston, USA. This individual will play a key role in supporting the strategic initiatives of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with TotalEnergies’ strategic objectives.
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Manage recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational change management efforts.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Proven ability to manage complex HR issues and provide effective guidance to managers and employees.
- Strong understanding of labor laws, collective bargaining agreements, and employee rights.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Experience with HRIS systems and software.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-F certification preferred.
