Payroll Division Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Recruit and interview to continuously grow the sales team(s)
• Manage region and hold team accountable for productive sales goals
• Support employees in the field to address their challenges and coach them
• Maintain and update client records in the CRM system
• Stay informed about the financial technology industry and its changes
• Provide regular status updates to the VP and/or SVP
• Achieve minimum production requirements, including Install Margin Goal %
• Lead weekly team meetings and one-on-one sessions with team members
• Conduct monthly team training sessions

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years old
• Valid driver’s license
• Pre-employment background check completed
• Completion of DMAP Training
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Experience managing the sales cycle
• Industry knowledge and sales process expertise
• Innovative approach to problem-solving
• Proactive and customer-focused attitude
• Ability to adapt to change

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• At least 3-5 years of outside sales and sales management experience
