Job Description

This temporary position works within the payroll team to help support day to day activities such as password resets, payroll auditing, and data entry.

The role assists with providing support to internal customers concerning payroll and time and attendance practices.

Assists with payroll and time administration for North America.

Responsible for ensuring high quality service delivery for all BD associates consistent with the values of client and the expectations of the NA HR Service delivery model.

Within the assigned area of responsibility (Payroll Administration) and under the direction of the Payroll Team Lead:

  • Help ensure data/time uploads are conducted in a timely and accurate manner
  • Analyze weekly pay reports and variances
  • Absist as needed with project related duties
  • Using MS Excel, manage data needed for payroll projects
  • Absist with Tier One phone inquiries and case management
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Extremely detail-orientated and accurate
  • Proven relationship building and conflict resolution skills

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years basic office experience; strongly prefer experience in SAP
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality of information
  • Ability to perform work with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong mathematical skills with ability to research, analyze, and correct time and payroll data
  • Ability to communicate in a precise and clear manner
  • Strong interpersonal skills; able to develop and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of internal/external contacts
  • Knowledge of payroll policy and practice across US, Puerto Rico and Canada is a plus
  • Industry experience:
    • Desired - Experience working in mid/large complex environment

Knowledge and Skills Required

  • Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis in Excel and Word. Experience with SAP strongly desired.
