We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Consulting Payroll Consultant to join our Accounting + Finance team. Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice and consultancy on payroll matters to our clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
• Utilize the UKG system for efficient payroll processing, system configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Develop and implement effective payroll strategies that align with our clients' business objectives.
• Conduct comprehensive payroll audits to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
• Deliver training sessions to clients on payroll processes and UKG system utilization.
• Collaborate closely with other team members to ensure seamless delivery of payroll services.
• Stay abreast with the latest trends, developments, and changes in payroll regulations and UKG system updates.
• Provide insightful reports and analyses on payroll activities to clients and management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll, with a focus on consulting within the Accounting + Finance industry.
• Proficiency in using the UKG system for payroll processing and system configuration.
• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve payroll discrepancies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for delivering engaging and effective training sessions.
• Proven ability to develop and implement strategic payroll solutions that meet clients' needs.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to provide insightful reports and analyses on payroll activities.
• Ability to stay updated with the latest trends and changes in payroll regulations and UKG system updates.

Pay

$25 - $30 per hour
