Payroll Consultant
for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We need to parse the posting.
Job title: Sr Payroll Manager needed to work 5 days onsite in Tampa FL! Must be a SME in Workday! This role will have no direct reports! (We do not repeat job title as heading.)
We need sections:
- About the role: maybe from "Job Description" paragraph: "The Payroll Consultant oversees end-to-end payroll processing..." That's description. Could be "About the role". We'll include.
- Responsibilities: list of duties (the bullet list after "Responsibilities").
- Requirements: maybe "Essential Skills" and "Additional Skills & Qualifications"? Could be combined. But we need separate sections only if content. We have "Essential Skills" and "Additional Skills & Qualifications". Could treat as "Requirements" (or "Qualifications") and "Skills". The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have multiple: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. But we should only include sections with real specific content.
We have:
- About the role: yes.
- Responsibilities: yes (list).
- Requirements: maybe "Essential Skills" (experience, etc.) could be considered Requirements.
- Qualifications: maybe "Additional Skills & Qualifications" could be Qualifications.
- Skills: maybe we could combine but we have both. Could put "Skills" heading for essential skills? But we already used Requirements. Might be redundant. Let's decide: Use "Requirements" for essential skills (experience, etc.) and "Qualifications" for additional skills & qualifications. Then maybe we don't need separate Skills heading. But we could still include Skills if we want but risk duplication. Better to follow instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we can combine essential and additional into one "Requirements" or "Qualifications". But we have headings list; we can choose to include Requirements and Qualifications both if they have distinct content. They do: Essential Skills (experience, etc.) and Additional Skills & Qualifications (preferred experience, healthcare, training, communication, etc.). So we can have both.
- Benefits: yes, there is a list of benefits under "Pay And Benefits". So include Benefits.
- Pay: yes, pay range $40.00 - $65.00/hr. Include Pay.
- Schedule: The posting mentions "5 days onsite", "Work Environment: This role is based on-site at a business office in Temple Terrace." Also "Workplace Type: This is a fully onsite position in Tampa,FL." Also "Sr Payroll Manager needed to work 5 days onsite". So schedule: 5 days onsite (presumably Monday-Friday). We can include Schedule section with that detail.
We must not include boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. Also remove application instructions, job ID, etc. Also remove duplicated lines.
We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include the details from the description, responsibilities, essential skills, additional skills, work environment, pay and benefits, schedule.
We must not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep the exact phrasing? We can keep the substance but not necessarily verbatim? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." So we should keep the details, but we can rephrase slightly as long as we don't lose detail. Safer to keep the original sentences.

Schedule
This is a fully onsite position requiring 5 days onsite per week in Tampa, FL (based in Temple Terrace).
We need to ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like "Work Environment" etc. We included schedule. We omitted "Work Environment" paragraph; but we could incorporate some of that into schedule or about the role? The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information. The work environment description includes details about location, office environment, interaction, tools. That is substantive. We could include it in About the role or a separate section like "Work Environment". But we don't have a heading for Work Environment in the allowed list. The allowed headings list includes About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. No Work Environment. So we need to fold that content into one of those sections, likely About the role or Schedule. Since schedule already mentions onsite, we can add details about office environment, interaction, tools. Let's add to About the role paragraph after the description. Thus About the role paragraph: combine the description and work environment details. Let's craft:The Payroll Consultant oversees end-to-end payroll processing with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and system optimization within Workday and UKG Pro. This role manages bi-weekly payroll cycles, supports payroll system design and enhancements, responds to employee inquiries, and ensures regulatory and organizational standards are consistently met. The position is based on-site at a business office in Temple Terrace, operating in a professional office environment with regular interaction with payroll team members, managers, and employees. Work is primarily performed using payroll and HR technologies such as Workday and UKG Pro, along with standard office software and equipment. The environment supports collaboration, relationship-building, and networking across departments.
That preserves all. Now ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like "Job Type & Location" etc. We have schedule covering onsite. We omitted "Job Type & Location" (Contract position). That's substantive: job type (Contract). Should we include that? The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information. So we need to include job type (Contract). Where to put? Could be in About the role or Schedule. Let's add to About the role: mention it's a Contract position based out of Tampa, FL. Already schedule mentions Tampa FL. We can add "This is a Contract position." Let's incorporate. Update About the role: add "This is a Contract position." after description maybe. Thus final About the role paragraph:The Payroll Consultant oversees end-to-end payroll processing with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and system optimization within Workday and UKG Pro. This role manages bi-weekly payroll cycles, supports payroll system design and enhancements, responds to employee inquiries, and ensures regulatory and organizational standards are consistently met. This is a Contract position based out of Tampa, FL.
Now schedule: we can just say "This role requires 5 days onsite per week." Might also mention "Workplace Type: fully onsite". We'll keep schedule short. Now check for any other substantive info: "Application Deadline This position is anticipated to close on Oct 1, 2026." That's substantive but is application
