About The Role We're hiring a detail-oriented Payroll Compliance Specialist to keep our payroll, government reporting, and employee-compliance programs accurate and on deadline. You'll process multi-entity and certified payroll, manage required filings, and administer leave, benefits, and safety programs. This is an office-based position in Peoria, IL, supporting all Getz companies. What You'll Do Process multi-entity and certified payroll, including prevailing wage reportingFile EEO-1, OSHA 300/300A, ACA, and Form 5500 reports on deadlineAdminister FMLA/ADA leave, COBRA, drug screening, and workers' comp claimsOversee DOT compliance for CDL drivers, including files and MVR reviewSafeguard personnel files, serve as notary, and flag handbook updates
