Payroll Clerk
Duties
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including confidential employee documentation.
Support payroll filing, document retention, and record organization in accordance with company and regulatory guidelines.
Receive, log, and route wage garnishment orders, IRS lock in letters, and related legal documents.
Transmit garnishment orders to ADP timely and accurately.
Support reconciliation of garnishment payments and resolving discrepancies.
Assist payroll team with administrative reporting and data entry.
Support payroll calendar management and workflow tracking.
Assist with internal audits, documentation requests, and compliance initiatives.
Support special projects as assigned and other duties as required.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 1-3 years of administrative experience, preferably in payroll, finance, or HR
- Experience working with payroll systems
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills both in writing and verbal
