The Payroll & Benefits Specialist will manage multi-state payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
Responsibilities
- Oversight of payroll through ADP
- Support benefits enrollment and administration
- Ensure compliance with payroll regulations
- Serve as a key resource for employee payroll and benefits questions
Requirements
- 5+ years of payroll and benefits experience
- Recent hands-on ADP payroll processing experience required
- Multi-state payroll experience required
- Canadian payroll experience a plus
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, reporting)
- Strong knowledge of payroll taxes, compliance, and benefits administration
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
