Payroll & Benefits Specialist
About the role
The Payroll & Benefits Specialist will be responsible for managing the payroll and benefits processes for a growing advisory firm. This includes processing employee timecards, managing benefits enrollment, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in payroll and/or benefits administration
- Knowledge of HRIS systems and benefits platforms
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
