Salary: $65,000 – $70,000 base + bonus

Key Responsibilities
- Process full‑cycle payroll on a weekly basis for approximately 160 employees, including both hourly and salaried staff
- Handle payroll for contract labor, ensuring compliance and accuracy
- Administer employee benefits, including onboarding and enrollment processes
- Manage benefit setup within ADP Workforce Now, ensuring employees are properly enrolled
- Maintain accurate payroll and benefits records in compliance with company policies and regulations
- Ensure compliance with payroll regulations, tax requirements, and internal policies
- Serve as a resource for employees regarding payroll and benefits‑related questions
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in payroll processing and/or benefits administration
- Strong understanding of full‑cycle payroll processes
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now preferred
- Knowledge of payroll compliance, tax, and employee benefit processes
