Responsibilities

• Oversee multi-site payroll operations and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Lead employee benefits administration and manage vendor relationships.
• Manage payroll audits, tax reporting, garnishments, and reconciliations.
• Develop reporting, analytics, and process improvement initiatives.
• Supervise and mentor payroll and benefits team members.

Requirements

• Experience leading payroll and benefits functions.
• Strong ADP Workforce Now expertise (required).
• Knowledge of payroll regulations, tax reporting, and compliance.
• Leadership experience managing payroll or HR teams.

$75,000 - $85,000

Schedule

100% onsite. Open to candidates within a reasonable commute range of company headquarters.
