About the role
Assist employees by administering payroll programs, managing employee files, and serving as a resource for benefits and other employee relations duties as assigned.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service and clear communication to employees regarding payroll and benefits.
- Perform administrative tasks with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Maintain strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for residents and employees.
- Work collaboratively to deliver excellent HR and payroll services.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- Previous office and payroll experience preferred.

- Administrative and Office Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
