About the role

MISTAFF is seeking an Assistant to support job posting and recruitment operations across Michigan's K-12 education community. This position collaborates with multiple state educational organizations to maintain and improve the job board platform.

Responsibilities

• Manage job posting submissions and ensure accuracy of listing details
• Coordinate with member organizations including MAISA, MASA, MASB, MASSP, MEMSPA, and MSPRA
• Assist users with job search and posting inquiries
• Maintain site functionality and report technical issues
• Support alternative certification and event posting processes

Qualifications

• Experience with educational administration or K-12 recruitment platforms
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Familiarity with Michigan's educational system and stakeholder organizations
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple partner agencies
