Job Responsibilities
- Execute and manage end-to-end payroll processing for all US entities and jurisdictions, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Oversee payroll operations to ensure timely and accurate processing of salaries, bonuses, benefits, overtime, taxes, statutory payments, and other deductions.
- Manage relationships with payroll vendors, ensuring payroll submissions, filings, and reporting obligations are completed accurately and on time.
- Ensure compliance with all payroll regulatory requirements, including tax filings and statutory reporting.
- Partner with HR to support accurate processing of compensation and benefits transactions.
- Develop and maintain employee self-service resources and manage payroll-related queries.
- Establish and continuously improve payroll processes, controls, and audit practices.
- Support the onboarding of new office locations into payroll platforms and processes.
- Aid in internal and external payroll audits across jurisdictions.
- Collaborate closely with the payroll team to maintain consistent global payroll standards.
Qualifications
- Experience using Workday Payroll.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant payroll experience, with significant hands-on experience running US payroll.
- Comprehensive knowledge of US payroll legislation, tax regulations, and statutory compliance requirements.
- Experience managing payroll across multiple jurisdictions.
- Advanced Excel skills.
Pay & Benefits
Salary: $120,000 – $155,000 base salary + bonus.
