A Taste Of What You'll Be Doing
- Payroll Administration & Workforce Support – Process and validate payroll for hourly and salaried employees, maintain attendance and timekeeping records, support vacation tracking, and partner with HR and Operations to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance.
- Pension & Healthcare Payment Support – Review, track, and monitor pension and healthcare payments, ensuring timely processing, proper documentation, and follow-up on discrepancies as needed.
- Labor & Operational Analysis – Analyze labor utilization, overtime, attendance trends, and operational variances to support plant performance and workforce planning.
- Financial Reporting & Month-End Support – Assist with accruals, account reconciliations, variance analysis, and financial reporting activities to support accurate month-end close processes.
- Production & Plant Reporting – Support production reporting, labor and material tracking, and operational data analysis to provide visibility into plant performance and key drivers.
- Budgeting & Forecast Support – Assist with spending analysis, forecasting activities, and budget tracking to support financial planning and operational decision-making.
We're Looking for Someone With
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience with payroll and some financial data processing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including lookup functions
- Strong attention to detail
- Data analysis capabilities
Compensation
The annual salary range is $52,650-$64,350, which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
