Payroll and Compensation Specialist

About the role

Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi PC (CSG Law) is expanding its Human Resources Team and seeking a Payroll and Compensation Specialist with Workday experience for a newly created position. This is a hybrid role requiring three days on‑site per week.

Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll operations, ensuring accuracy in deductions and compliance with tax regulations
• Maintain and reconcile payroll records; conduct regular compliance audits
• Analyze compensation data, prepare reports, and integrate data for strategic decision‑making
• Conduct market benchmarking and assist in designing competitive compensation programs
• Serve as the functional lead for Workday and ADP SmartCompliance systems

Requirements

Proven experience in payroll processing and compensation analysis.

Pay

The expected salary range for this position is $90,000 to $120,000. The actual base salary offered may depend upon a variety of factors, including qualifications, relevant experience, and any certifications or professional licenses held.

Schedule

Hybrid position with an on‑site requirement of three days per week.
