About The Role The Payroll Analyst Clerk plays a vital role within our Accounting and Finance Department, primarily responsible for managing personnel cost accounting, supporting payroll reporting, and maintaining backup documentation. Under the supervision of the CFO, the Payroll Analyst Clerk ensures the accuracy and timeliness of payroll entries within our accounting system, reconciling entries and filing supporting documentation appropriately. The role requires a strong understanding of payroll systems, particularly ADP Workforce Payroll, and a solid foundation in accounting principles. The ideal candidate will possess a meticulous attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly. This is a full-time, in-person position based in Miami/Doral/Dallas, with potential for partial remote work after successful completion of the introductory period. Qualifications Experience working with ADP Workforce Payroll System and reporting functionalitiesBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline (preferred)One to three years of relevant accounting experienceKnowledge of general financial accounting, cost accounting, and double-entry bookkeepingUnderstanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), including assets, liabilities, income, and expensesStrong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracyAbility to handle confidential information securelyProficiency in using accounting software and MS Office applications Responsibilities Accurately process and post payroll transactions within the accounting systemVerify and reconcile payroll records to ensure compliance with company policies and legal standardsMaintain secure backup and archival filing of payroll documentsEnsure confidentiality and security of sensitive payroll informationVerify personnel cost allocations and reconcile payroll accounts with the General LedgerPrepare and submit payroll-related reports, including tax filings and compliance documentationSupport financial closing activities, tax processes, and audit preparations related to payroll accountingAssist in resolving payroll discrepancies and responding to audit inquiriesCollaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate payroll processing Benefits Competitive hourly wage ranging from $25 to $27 per hourPotential for partial remote work after successful completion of the introductory periodHealth insurance optionsPaid time off and holidaysOpportunities for professional development and career growth within the companySupportive and inclusive work environment Equal Opportunity We are an equal opportunity employer.
