Payroll Analyst

About the role

The Payroll Analyst is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll for employees while ensuring compliance with federal, state, local, and company payroll regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform biweekly payroll activities, including payroll transactions
• Audit payroll data
• Respond to employee inquiries
• Maintain payroll records
• Work closely with Human Resources, Benefits, Finance, and third-party vendors to ensure employees are paid correctly and on schedule
• Support payroll reporting, tax compliance, and continuous process improvement initiatives
