Salary: $63,000–$68,000 Portland, OR Why This Opportunity Stands Out Enjoy a highly flexible hybrid schedule with only one day onsite per week after training Be part of a collaborative payroll team of seven professionals who value training and development Expand your expertise with union payroll, union dues, reporting, and audit processes involving more than 20 unions Work with leaders who are willing to invest in someone eager to learn and grow their payroll career Key Responsibilities For The Payroll Analyst Process biweekly payroll Support salaried and hourly payroll operations Assist with union dues processing, reporting, and payroll audits Participate in payroll system initiatives, including the ADP Lyric implementation Utilize Excel and payroll systems to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing Qualifications For The Payroll Analyst 2-3 years of hands-on payroll processing experience, including biweekly payroll Strong Excel skills Experience supporting payroll audits, union payroll, or union dues processing is a plus ADP experience and payroll tax exposure are preferred but not required Timing is everything.
