Responsibilities
- Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for US employees across three companies in Workday.
- Process bi-weekly payroll for Canadian employees in ADP Teams Pay Canada.
- Responsible for payroll invoices and all tax reporting in ADP Smart Compliance.
- Manage payroll taxes, garnishments, quarterly and year-end reporting, and compliance requirements.
- Serve as the Workday payroll subject matter expert, maintaining payroll configurations, tax settings, and integrations.
- Ensure accurate processing of benefits, leave of absences, disability payments, and retirement contributions.
- Prepare payroll reports, perform reconciliations, and support audits.
- Collaborate with Finance, HR, and external partners to continuously improve payroll processes and maintain regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business.
- 5+ years of experience in payroll processing.
- Exceptional attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, benefits administration, and compliance.
- Experience with Workday payroll and ADP Smart Compliance preferred.
- Proficient in O365 suite of products including Excel, Word, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Experience working with ERP preferred.
Workplace Requirements
- Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs.
- Sitting, working at desk/personal computer for extended periods of time.
- Primary work environment is professional corporate office.
Pay
A reasonable estimate of the current range is $62,353 to $88,430.
