Payroll Analyst

Responsibilities

• Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for US employees across three companies in Workday.
• Process bi-weekly payroll for Canadian employees in ADP Teams Pay Canada.
• Responsible for payroll invoices and all tax reporting in ADP Smart Compliance.
• Manage payroll taxes, garnishments, quarterly and year-end reporting, and compliance requirements.
• Serve as the Workday payroll subject matter expert, maintaining payroll configurations, tax settings, and integrations.
• Ensure accurate processing of benefits, leave of absences, disability payments, and retirement contributions.
• Prepare payroll reports, perform reconciliations, and support audits.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, and external partners to continuously improve payroll processes and maintain regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business.
• 5+ years of experience in payroll processing.
• Exceptional attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, benefits administration, and compliance.
• Experience with Workday payroll and ADP Smart Compliance preferred.
• Proficient in O365 suite of products including Excel, Word, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Experience working with ERP preferred.

Workplace Requirements

• Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Sitting, working at desk/personal computer for extended periods of time.
• Primary work environment is professional corporate office.

Pay

A reasonable estimate of the current range is $62,353 to $88,430.
