Payroll Analyst

About the role

The Payroll Analyst is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll for employees while ensuring compliance with federal, state, local, and company payroll regulations. This role supports payroll reporting, tax compliance, and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Perform biweekly payroll activities, including payroll transactions.
• Audit payroll data to ensure accuracy.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll.
• Maintain payroll records in compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with Human Resources, Benefits, Finance, and third-party vendors to ensure employees are paid correctly and on schedule.
