We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually "About Us" is not a heading we need? The instructions: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. We need to include sections only when posting has real, specific content for it. So we need to parse the posting. Content: - About Us: description of company. This is not one of the listed headings but could be considered "About the role"? Actually "About Us" is company overview. The instructions list example headings but not exhaustive. We can include a section for "About Us" as

About Us

with paragraph. - About the Role: heading present. So

About the Role

with paragraph. - What You Will Be Doing: responsibilities. So

Responsibilities

with
  • items. - What You Bring to the Team by Way of Skills and Experience: skills/experience. Could be

    Qualifications

    or

    Skills

. The instruction list includes Skills, Qualifications. We'll decide: maybe "Qualifications" for required education/experience, and "Skills" for skill list. But we can combine. However we need to avoid thin sections. Let's see content: "High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or similar preferred. 3+ years of payroll processing experience required. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including filters, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formatting, and related functions. Experience using payroll software, including required experience with Paylocity; NetSuite experience preferred. Working knowledge of federal and state wage and hour requirements. Understanding of federal and state payroll tax requirements. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive employee data with discretion. Strong understanding of payroll operations and related accounting practices. High attention to detail and accuracy in payroll processing and data review. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with sound judgment. Excellent time-management skills with the ability to meet recurring payroll deadlines. Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet strict processing and reporting deadlines. Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills." That's a mix of qualifications and skills. Could put under

    Qualifications

    with
    • items. - Preferred Qualifications: "General knowledge of US GAAP accounting specific to payroll accounting. Experience with AI tools." Could be under same Qualifications section as additional bullet points, maybe separate

      Preferred Qualifications

but instruction list didn't include that. Could combine. - What is in it for You and Why you Should Apply: benefits. So

      Benefits

with list. - Pay Range: "The pay range for this role depends on job level, experience, education, and skills." That's vague, not specific numbers. According to instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It does state pay range but it's generic "depends on...". Is that considered real specific content? It says "depends on job level, experience, education, and skills." No actual numbers. Might be considered not specific enough; but they said "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It does state a pay range, albeit vague. I'd include a Pay section with that statement. - Also there is hybrid position mention: "This position is a hybrid position (2-3 days in office per week)." That's schedule info. So we could include a Schedule section. - Also there is reporting line: "This role reports to the Controller with a dotted-line reporting structure to the Head of Human Resources." That's maybe metadata; could be included in About the Role paragraph. - Also there is "If this sounds just like you, then please read on! If you feel this is not in your wheelhouse, that is okay too! We are actively hiring outstanding professionals, so we encourage you to apply to one of our many other opportunities." That's fluff; maybe drop as boilerplate? It's not EEO but it's encouraging to apply elsewhere; could be considered application instruction? Probably drop. - Also there is legal EEO boilerplate at end; drop. - Also "Unsolicited resumes sent via email or LinkedIn Messenger will not be considered. No agencies, please." That's application instruction; drop. Now we need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include the hybrid schedule, reporting line, etc. Let's craft sections:

The pay range for this role depends on job level, experience, education, and skills.

      Schedule

Hybrid position (2-3 days in office per week).

We should ensure no duplicate info: The hybrid schedule already mentioned in About the Role; but we also have Schedule section. Might be duplicate but okay. Could remove from About the Role to avoid duplication, but we need to preserve all substantive info; we can keep it in About the Role and also have Schedule section; but that repeats. Better to keep schedule only in Schedule section and remove from About the Role. However About the Role currently includes hybrid sentence; we could move that to Schedule section and keep About the Role without it. Let's adjust. About the Role paragraph: remove hybrid sentence. Keep reporting line. Schedule section: hybrid position (2-3 days in office per week). Now ensure we didn't lose any other substantive info: The reporting line remains. Check for any other info: "
