Job Duties

  • Process weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain and update payroll records, including wages, deductions, timekeeping data, bonuses, and adjustments.
  • Prepare and distribute payroll reports for management, auditors, as required.
  • Address and resolve employees and manager’s inquiries related to payroll matters in a timely and professional manner.
  • Aid managers and station administrators with timecards in a timely manner.
  • Cook up and coordinate with HR for onboarding, terminations, and employee compensation changes.
  • Safeguard confidential payroll and personnel information in compliance with data protection policies.

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in payroll processing and data entry.
  • Comprehensive understanding of federal and state payroll regulations.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency with Workday.
  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
