Payroll Administrator

Our client, a culturally strong organization in the Greater Hartford Region, is seeking a Payroll Administrator to join their team. Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and accurate distribution of payroll and related reporting and recordkeeping on a bi‑weekly basis.
- Administer the company's time and attendance and payroll systems.
- Act as a liaison for outside agencies and collaborate with other departments to resolve payroll issues and ensure employees are paid correctly.
- Work with HR and Fiscal for accurate payroll reporting, quarterly and annual tax filings, and thorough payroll analysis and reconciliation.
Qualifications
- Previous experience processing payroll for 500+ employees.
- Experience with a time and attendance system.
- Tax filing experience.
