Job Summary
To process payroll, maintain payroll records, resolve all payroll issues, and provide back up for the Director of Total Rewards.
Additional Responsibilities
- Assist with: garnishments, terminations, tax codes, audits, ADP security levels, Performance & Review module, and any new ADP modules
Qualifications
- Education and/or Experience Required: At least 3 years of experience in full cycle payroll in ADP WFN
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience with multi state payrolls highly preferred
Language Skills
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals
- Ability to write letters and business correspondence
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from all groups of employees, customers, and clients
Mathematical Skills
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
Reasoning Ability
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
Computer Skills
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must have basic computer knowledge
