Job Responsibilities
- Define and execute end-to-end product strategy and vision for U.S. Virtual Solutions, anchored to customer value, revenue, and profitability goals
- Lead discovery and market research; synthesize insights into the roadmap and investment theses
- Develop and prioritize the Regional product backlog to deliver the strategic roadmap and value proposition
- Establish a measurement framework and KPIs; track costs, adoption, risk posture, reliability, and outcomes
- Identify, validate, and scale high-value use cases with cross-functional partners (Sales, Client Service, Onboarding, Operations, Technology, Legal, Controls)
- Review product financials and performance trends; partner with Finance to diagnose drivers and course-correct
- Analyze product, client, and operational data to surface insights and inform prioritization and trade-offs
- Lead end-to-end issue triage and resolution for client and operational matters; capture learnings and implement preventive actions
- Track and report incoming inquiries; build reporting that illuminates U.S. market performance and stakeholder needs
- Communicate priorities, progress, and impact via clear, concise, executive-ready materials and presentations
- Close stakeholder knowledge gaps through training, documentation, and ongoing knowledge sharing for U.S. Virtual Solutions
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
- Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
- Demonstrated intellectual curiosity with strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfort mining and interpreting data
- Ability to partner effectively across Sales, Operations, Client Service, Onboarding, Technology, and Control functions to drive results
- Persistence in determining root cause and engaging stakeholders to drive resolution
- Proven ability to organize projects, advance product use cases, and drive to closure
- Strong communication and influence skills; clear, executive-ready written and verbal communication
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
- Experience with payments, treasury services, or account/virtual account products
- Familiarity with product financials, management reporting, executive presentations, performance reporting
