Responsibilities
- Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies, to ensure timely project completion
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients, facilitating effective communication through regular meetings and milestone reviews
- Support functional teams in managing advisory and consulting initiatives focusing on domain-specific product evaluation, benchmarking studies, and domain-specific system configurations
- Monitor project deliverables across all phases, to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations
- Proactive risk management to ensure project delivery
- Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders through effective communication
- Maintain focused governance over project scope and identification of additional project opportunities
- Anticipate challenges and deliver innovative solutions
- Balance project economics with adherence to strategic priorities
Requirements
- Experience in Payments domain – Wire payments or ACH payments or Zelle/P2P payments and ISO / SWIFT messages
- Experience in Payments domain in any of Fedwire, CHIPS, ACH, TCH, and/or SWIFT messages
- Experience in working on ISO 20022 formats
- Experience creating product features and user stories
- Experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design/Detailing of Processes
- Experience in Card authorization, clearing, and settlement, working on Dispute management, Statements, and cards servicing
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
- This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location

Preferred Skills
- Experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business processes
- Analytical, planning, and coordination skills
- Experience and desire to work in a domain consulting environment that may require travel
- Experience with functional design, architecture of the solution, and product configuration for an implementation
