Payments- Cross Currency Product Solutions Specialist- Vice President

As a leader in solutioning, collaborate closely with the Sales teams to deliver tailor-made product solutions that meet clients' needs. As a Product Solutions Manager in Cross Currency, you are an integral part of a team that defines and configures complex solutions for key client relationships and prospect opportunities in partnership with Sales.
Responsibilities
- Leads solutioning and the adoption of existing and upcoming client-facing products and capabilities while defining and configuring optimal solutions that address clients' needs and objectives
- Serves as a subject matter expert on a defined set of products and capabilities with a deep understanding of our clients' needs and current industry trends
- Supports Sales in pricing, pipeline planning, account planning, and upskilling the team on product knowledge by collaborating on training and collateral materials
- Engages with client teams to better understand pain points and refine solutions while regularly communicating critical client feedback to Product teams to inform the strategic product roadmap
- Own and execute the strategy to grow the Banks Cross-Currency North America (U.S. and Canada) P&L, including clear prioritization of targets, opportunities, and actions to drive results
- Drive end-to-end sales cycle management: target list development, proactive origination, discovery, solution design, pricing/positioning, RFP responses, negotiation, mandate wins, and deal closing
- Lead client presentations and pre-sales activities for the North America market; coordinate closely with Payments Sales, Banker Coverage, Clearing, and FX Sales on proactive and targeted client engagement
- Maintain strong pipeline management and hygiene, including accurate forecasting, funnel governance, and concise senior management reporting
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in problem-solving across multiple teams and a cluster of products
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Extensive experience working in a sales cycle and engaging with clients on a regular basis
- Extensive experience modifying preconfigured solutions to meet complex problems
- Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed and complex organization
- Strong knowledge of transaction banking and Transactional FX / cross-currency solutions, including multi-currency pricing, cross-border payments, liquidity concepts, and delivery channels (including APIs)
- Proven product-oriented consultative sales experience, including managing complex sales cycles with multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent client-facing, presentation, and executive communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to build trusted, collaborative relationships with key internal partners (Sales, Product, Client Service, Global Bankers, and other stakeholders)
