About the role
Your leadership role will be responsible for setting and executing the strategic vision across a diverse portfolio of business solutions. This leader guides a multidisciplinary team of product designers and owners, driving multi-year product planning, scaling existing offerings, and launching innovative solutions to unlock new commercial opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Oversees the product roadmap, vision, development, execution, risk management, and business growth targets
- Led the entire product life cycle through planning, execution, and future development by continuously adapting, developing new products and methodologies, managing risks, and achieving business targets like cost, features, reusability, and reliability to support growth
- Owns product performance and is accountable for investing in enhancements to achieve business objectives
- Makes decisions on product performance and is accountable for investing in enhancements to achieve business objectives
- Monitors market trends, conducts competitive analysis, and identifies opportunities for product differentiation
- Serve as the senior product executive in strategic client engagements, translating complex client payable priorities into tailored multi-rail solution configurations; partner closely with internal senior-level product, strategy, and sales stakeholders to align go-to-market execution with product capabilities; manage external partner relationships to expand network reach and solution differentiation
- Organizes and grows a high-performing product management organization through periods of significant change and expansion; attracts, develops, and retains top product talent; fosters a culture of accountability, collaboration, data-driven decision making, and client-centricity
- Coaches and mentors the product team on best practices, such as solution generation, market research, storyboarding, mind-mapping, prototyping methods, product adoption strategies, and product delivery, enabling them to effectively deliver on objectives
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience or equivalent expertise delivering products, projects, or technology applications
- Extensive knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics
- Proven ability to influence the adoption of key product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
- Experience driving change within organizations and managing stakeholders across multiple functions
- Progressive product management leadership experience, including building and scaling product organizations
- Demonstrated track record of successful new product launches and scaling products to significant revenue
- Experience leading multi-rail or multi-product payment platforms
- Strong command of product requirement definition, agile delivery methodologies, and cross-functional execution
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and executive presentation skills
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Experience: 8+ years of experience or equivalent expertise delivering products, projects, or technology applications
