Payment Support Specialist (Bilingual English/Spanish)

About the Role

You will support Expert Pay, a child support payment processing center. Expert Pay processes payments for the 50 states of the United States plus Hawaii and Puerto Rico. You will provide assistance to Parents Paying Support, Employers, and Payroll service providers. Your service is to help users navigate the website, reactivate accounts and send passwords, and answer inquiries about their payments.

Requirements

• Fluent English and Spanish
• Internet at home (25 MBPS)
• High School Diploma or equivalent level of education
• Must be able to submit to a pre-employment screening
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship

Preferred Skills/Experience

• Good grammar and computer skills
• Identifying customer needs, answering questions, or resolving problems
• Providing customers with important information while communicating in a warm, empathetic manner
• Providing administrative support to business operations by performing processing tasks
• Providing exceptional customer service

Pay

$19.50/hour

Schedule

8:00 AM - 8:00 PM (EST), Monday to Friday. Full availability to work on different schedules.
