Payment Processor

About the role

As a Payment Processor, you’ll help drive Concora Credit’s mission to enable customers to Do More with Credit every single day. Join our Payment Processing team, which focuses on heavy data entry of incoming payments from consumers and researches and resolves payment investigations. The team is led by a Payment Processing manager who supports team members in learning Concora Credit’s processes and culture. Responsibilities

• Process payments within compliance regulation
• Research and resolve unidentified payments
• Process reversals on accounts with returned payments
• Research account overpayments and prepare refund requests
• Complete a daily deposit

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic math skills.
• Customer-focused, oral and written communication skills.
• Strong focus on attention to detail is essential.
• Ability to work independently.
• Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Access, and Word.
• Strong 10-key and typing skills.
