In this role, you will be responsible for performing various accounting, administrative, and data entry tasks to support the companies operations and services. Job Description: Review and post payments received through various channels and accurately apply towards open balances in the company’s systemInvestigate and resolve payment discrepancies such as duplicate payments, overpayments, incorrect allocationsHandle direct communication with internal team members to assist with incoming inquiriesHandle office administrative duties related to incoming and outgoing mail need Qualifications: Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and organizational skillsAble to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectivelySelf-starter who works independently and takes ownership of responsibilitiesDependable, punctual, and committed to meeting deadlinesAdaptable, coachable, and eager to learn new processes and systemsProficient in Microsoft Word and ExcelPrevious experience in an accounting environment preferredStrong communication skills Compensation and Benefits: Compensation is $18.50 per hour Benefits package with health, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage options401(k) retirement plan option with company matchingGenerous paid time off policy (18 days) and 9 paid holidays 401(k) plan with company matching and immediate vesting We look forward to you joining the team!
