Key Responsibilities
- Process routine payment transactions (ACH, check clearing, basic electronic payments).
- Perform daily balancing and reconciliation.
- Review documentation for completeness and accuracy.
- Perform routine transaction processing and data entry.
- Support daily operational tasks and queues.
- Escalate exceptions or discrepancies to appropriate staff.
- Comply with all regulatory, security, and internal control requirements.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- 0–2 years financial institution or operations experience.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer proficiency.
- Ability to follow procedures and meet deadlines.
