Role Responsibilities

• Reviewing and analyzing payment configuration requests, identifying risks, and following established business processes.
• Implementing fraud detection strategies, ensuring compliance with NACHA rules, Regulation E, and other federal and state regulations.
• Tracking ACH risk trends, maintaining accurate records, and assisting in audits related to ACH processes.
• Working cross-functionally with internal teams and engaging with clients and vendors regarding ACH transactions and security protocols.
• Identifying opportunities to enhance ACH risk management tools, processes, and fraud prevention strategies.

Qualifications & Skills

• 2-3 years of experience in back-office processing and customer support (voice and email).
• Knowledge of ACH operations, risk management, and fraud prevention tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess risks in payment configuration requests.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel preferred) for data analysis.
