Opportunity

This role involves leading the strategy, development, and continuous improvement of a scalable healthcare analytics platform serving payer clients. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction, drive business growth, and maintain impactful executive-level client relations while mentoring the next generation of leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Mentor and develop future leaders within the team
  • Confirm the platform meets reliable standards of reliability and performance
  • Oversee the technical architecture and roadmap for analytics capabilities
  • Work with cross-functional teams to implement leading practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 10 years of experience in healthcare data analytics

What Sets You Apart

  • Master's Degree in Health Administration, Computer Science, Public Health preferred
  • Experience in management consulting or professional services
  • Familiarity with Blues plan operations and Medicaid/Medicare analytics
  • Background in defining clinical quality metrics and care gaps
  • Experience in analytics for performance measurement in care contracting
  • Proficiency in building scalable healthcare analytics platforms
  • Demonstrated ability in leading data science and engineering teams
  • Actively engaging in business development and client collaboration
  • Possessing a proven command of health plan clinical and operational data
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and modern data stack tools
  • Demonstrated ability in leading data science and engineering teams

Salary Range

The salary range for this position is $155,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and applicable employment laws.
