Responsibilities

  • Leading operational transformation initiatives within the health services sector to enhance client outcomes
  • Analyzing complex business data to inform strategic decision-making and operational improvements
  • Developing and implementing business performance metrics to track and optimize operational efficiency
  • Engaging with stakeholders to understand needs and drive successful project resource management
  • Utilizing analytical thinking to support business transformation and operational excellence
  • Conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities for process optimization
  • Supporting operations strategy development and execution to align with client objectives
  • Managing operations processes to improve service delivery and client satisfaction

Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 4 years of experience
  • Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Actuarial Science, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Government/Public Policy, Health Administration/Public Health, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations/Supply Chain, Organizational Management/Behavior, Risk Management/Insurance
  • Demonstrating analytical thinking and business data analytics skills
  • Excelling in business transformation and operational excellence
  • Utilizing management consulting and market research capabilities
  • Engaging stakeholders effectively in complex health services projects
  • Optimizing processes within payer modernization initiatives
  • Supporting operations strategy and project resource management

Qualifications

  • At least a Bachelor's degree

Pay

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
