Payer Operations & Transformation Consultant, Senior Associate
Responsibilities
- Leading operational transformation initiatives within the health services sector to enhance client outcomes
- Analyzing complex business data to inform strategic decision-making and operational improvements
- Developing and implementing business performance metrics to track and optimize operational efficiency
- Engaging with stakeholders to understand needs and drive successful project resource management
- Utilizing analytical thinking to support business transformation and operational excellence
- Conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities for process optimization
- Supporting operations strategy development and execution to align with client objectives
- Managing operations processes to improve service delivery and client satisfaction
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Actuarial Science, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Government/Public Policy, Health Administration/Public Health, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations/Supply Chain, Organizational Management/Behavior, Risk Management/Insurance
- Demonstrating analytical thinking and business data analytics skills
- Excelling in business transformation and operational excellence
- Utilizing management consulting and market research capabilities
- Engaging stakeholders effectively in complex health services projects
- Optimizing processes within payer modernization initiatives
- Supporting operations strategy and project resource management
Qualifications

Pay
The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
