Responsibilities

• Build strong customer relationships that turn into repeat business
• Buy, sell, and loan on jewelry, gold, luxury items, electronics, and collectibles
• Control the transaction from start to finish with confidence and professionalism
• Balance sales performance with sound judgment and risk awareness
• Stay sharp in a fast-paced environment where no two transactions are the same
• Contribute to store performance, team energy, and daily execution
• Use social media and outreach to help drive traffic and engagement

Requirements

• Proven track record of performance in sales, retail, or customer-facing roles
• A consistent work history — you don’t bounce, you build
• Confidence making decisions, even when things aren’t black and white
• Ability to take initiative instead of waiting to be told what to do
• Strong communication and the ability to connect with all types of people

Pay

Hourly base + uncapped commission + bonuses. Top performers significantly increase their earnings through production.
