About the role
ABI Resources provides comprehensive home and community-based services for individuals with disabilities. Our team members work closely with clients to ensure consistent safety, healthy environments, and positive relationships.
Responsibilities
- Support clients with all aspects of home and community life.
- Ensure consistent safety for clients.
- Provide a healthy and professional friendship for clients.
- Help clients maintain personal hygiene and dressing routines.
- Schedule, attend, and report on medical and therapeutic appointments.
- Assist clients with shopping, cooking, and cleaning.
- Instruct clients in regular exercise, socialization, and entertainment activities.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Two years of experience working with disabilities preferred, but not required.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Proof of insurance.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Submit a letter from a person or employer verifying field experience.
Qualifications
