Job Details

• Oversee all stages of paving projects, including planning, execution, and completion.
• Coordinate and supervise paving crews and subcontractors.
• Ensure all paving work complies with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Develop and implement project schedules, manage changes as necessary.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and maintain quality of work.
• Identify and resolve issues or obstacles during the project.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and team members on project status and updates.
• Maintain accurate records of project activities, including costs, timelines, and resources used.
• Provide training and guidance to team members, fostering a positive and safe work environment.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in paving or related construction industry, with a proven track record of successful project management.
• Extensive knowledge of paving materials, techniques, and equipment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, able to motivate and direct a diverse team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, capable of identifying and overcoming challenges promptly.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building positive relationships with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• A strong commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to project sites as needed.
