Responsibilities

• Asphalt laborers: Perform tasks such as laying, compacting, and finishing asphalt surfaces.
• Cement finishers: Ensure smooth and level surfaces using cement-based materials.
• Machine operators (rollers, pavers, milling equipment): Operate various paving machinery to shape and prepare road surfaces.
• CDL drivers: Transport materials and equipment between job sites.
• Estimators and project coordinators: Estimate project costs and manage project timelines.

Requirements

• Strong physical stamina and manual dexterity.
• Experience in asphalt or concrete paving preferred.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and work in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
