What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of experience operating asphalt paving equipment (paver, skid steer, roller).
- A team player with great communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Someone who's not afraid of hard work, long days, and loud noises.
- Strong desire to learn and grow in the asphalt paving industry.
- Unwavering commitment to top-quality standards and performance.
