Requirements
- 2 Years Experience in Mainline
- Experience operating paving or heavy construction equipment preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in hot and physically demanding conditions
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
- Valid driver's license (clean driving record)
- Able to travel and work flexible hours as required
Qualifications
- Must pass drug testing
- Clean CDL A
Skills
- Operate and control the screed
- Level and smooth asphalt
- Monitor asphalt flow and surface quality during paving
- Perform basic equipment checks, cleaning, and maintenance
- Work closely with the paving crew
