Build the kind of projects people show off. Precision Pavers is an established outdoor living and hardscape design-build company serving North Texas since 1984. We specialize in high-quality residential paving, hardscape, and outdoor living projects, including patios, driveways, pool decks, walkways, retaining walls, and custom outdoor spaces.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day execution across active residential paving, hardscape, and outdoor living job sites.
- Support and coordinate multiple crews working across North Dallas and the surrounding North Texas area.
- Visit job sites regularly to verify quality, safety, progress, and alignment with the project plan.
- Ensure crews have the information, materials, layout direction, and clarity needed to stay productive.
- Review work in progress for quality, craftsmanship, and consistency with company standards.
- Help prevent missed details by tracking job-specific notes, client expectations, scope items, and change-related details.
- Support scheduling accuracy by reporting real-time field status back to the office and ownership.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners regarding expectations, updates, schedule changes, and next steps.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with Spanish-speaking field crews.
- Cope with ownership on priorities, timelines, scheduling changes, and project adjustments.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers as needed regarding material readiness, deliveries, and site needs.
- Represent Precision Pavers professionally when working in and around clients' homes.
- Help maintain a positive client experience through clear communication, proactive follow-up, and professional field presence.
- Take photos, document job site conditions, and maintain detailed job notes.
- Upload photos, notes, and daily updates into JobTread or similar project management software.
- Identify issues early, including materials, layout, site conditions, drainage concerns, access issues, scope changes, or client requests.
- Propose practical solutions and communicate field realities to ownership before small problems become bigger ones.
- Track project updates, job site changes, client requests, and open action items with strong attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Fluent bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required.
- 3 or more years of experience in construction project management, field supervision, or crew leadership.
- Residential construction, paving, hardscape, landscaping, outdoor living, masonry, concrete, or similar field experience strongly preferred.
- Strong ability to read and follow plans, layouts, measurements, and project scopes.
- Able to recognize right vs. wrong on a job site and speak up when something needs attention.
- Strong understanding of field execution, job sequencing, crew coordination, and site organization.
- Close attention to detail and strong organization with photos, notes, updates, and multiple active jobs.
- Confident communicator who is calm, direct, professional, and customer-friendly.
- Able to communicate effectively with homeowners, crews, vendors, office staff, and ownership.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to take initiative, identify problems, and bring solutions.
- Able to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced field environment.
- Able to learn new software, including JobTread or similar project management systems.
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record required.
- Willingness to complete a background check upon a conditional job offer.
Compensation & Benefits
- Full-time, W-2 position.
- Compensation: $65,000 to $85,000 annually, based on experience, with room to grow based on performance and impact.
- Company truck provided; must have an insurable driving record.
- Typical start time is 7:00 AM; end time varies based on workload and job site needs.
