Paving Foreperson- Construction

About the role

Pike Industries, Inc., a subsidiary and integral part of CRH, is seeking a Paving Foreperson - Construction. This position is available in West Lebanon, NH.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations of a paving crew.
• Work with equipment, laborers, and management.
• Ensure adherence to project specifications, safety regulations and quality standards.
• Maintain work progress, productivity, and quality control.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during the paving process.
• Train employees on proper paving techniques and safety procedures.
• Work Outside

Requirements

• $25.00 per hour and up based on experience
• Company Pick-up & gas card
• Annual increase potential
• Paid Time Off
• Per Diem & Night Shift Differential
• $1,000 Referral Bonuses – unlimited

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in construction or related field preferred
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Knowledge of paving techniques and safety procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license
